Martha was busy doing all the chores and taking care of being a "good host" for Jesus. Mary was enjoying the moment, soaking in all she could learn. She understood where her priorities needed to be at that time. What Martha was doing isn't necessarily something to look down on. She was working hard and doing good things, but it was time to sit and be with the Savior. When are there times in your day/week/life where we don't need to be so careful and troubled by all our duties in the world? When is it time for you to just sit and be with the Savior?
